Starter gives you 4 hours of video a month (per-video cap 3 hr); Pro stretches to 8 hours and Max to 25. A 90-minute episode uses 1.5 hours of your monthly allowance. If your episodes regularly pass the hour mark, Pro is the safe pick — every section clipped.
Do exports count against my allowance?
No — only uploaded video hours count. Once a video is processed, export as many clips, transcripts, and chapters as you want. Your monthly allowance never moves.
What happens when I hit my limit?
You keep everything you've made and can still export it. New uploads resume when your allowance resets at the start of the next month — or upgrade to lift the cap right away.
Can I change or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and you pay the prorated difference. Downgrade or cancel and you keep your plan until the period ends. No penalty.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The Free plan needs no card at all. You only add one when you choose a paid plan.
